The invention provides an assessment method of tour inspection job images of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The method includes: establishing a sample image library divided according to levels; establishing an image quality grade evaluation equation; controlling a tour inspection system of the unmanned aerial vehicle to carry out job image acquisition; and carrying out quality assessment on the job images according to the sample image library and the image quality grade evaluation equation. According to the method provided by the invention, objective evaluation on equipment performance of the tour inspection system of the unmanned aerial vehicle of transmission lines can be realized, and the high-quality unmanned aerial vehicle can be effectively and accurately selected by screening for a company system; and at the same time, tour inspection quality of a production unit can also be objectively evaluated, and working inspection quality of the lines is reliably improved.
