The invention discloses a high-damping rubber material. The high-damping rubber material is mainly prepared from raw materials in parts by mass as follows: 100 parts of rubber, 1-4 parts of sulfur, 3-8 parts of an anti-aging agent, 3-10 parts of zinc oxide, 1-5 parts of stearic acid, 20-75 parts of polar filler, 5-20 parts of a plasticizer, 1-3 parts of an accelerant CZ, 0.2-2 parts of an anti-reversion agent and 10-50 parts of hindered phenol and/or hindered amine; the rubber is polar rubber or combination of polar rubber and non-polar rubber; when the rubber is the combination of polar rubber and non-polar rubber, not less than 20 parts by mass of the polar rubber is utilized; the polar filler is lignin fiber and/or white carbon black. The preparation method comprises steps as follows: all the raw materials except sulfur and the accelerant are subjected to high-temperature mixing and cooling, and masterbatch is obtained; sulfur and the accelerant are added to the masterbatch for mixing, still standing and vulcanization, and the high-damping rubber material is obtained. The high-damping rubber material is excellent in heat stability, and thermal-oxidation acceleration based aging proves that no micromolecules are separated out, and long-term use requirement can be met.
