The invention discloses 13-acylated abamectin B2a aglycone derivatives, and a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of agricultural chemicals and preparation thereof. The 13-acylated abamectin B2a aglycone derivatives are synthesized by using abamectin B2a aglycone as a parent compound, thereby widening the utilization range of the abamectin B2a, improving the pesticidal and bactericidal effects of abamectin B2a compounds, effectively prolonging the lasting period of the product, and being suitable for popularization and application.
