The sealing sleeve comprises a sealing cylinder body and a plurality of sealing flaps, wherein the sealing cylinder body is provided with an opening at the upper end and an opening at the lower end, the mounting convex edge is positioned at the opening at the upper end of the sealing cylinder body, the upper ends of the plurality of sealing flaps are connected with the edge of the opening at the lower end of the sealing cylinder body, and the edges of the lower ends of the plurality of sealing flaps are in butting connection or separated, so that the opening at the lower end of the sealing cylinder body is selectively opened or closed; any one of the sealing flaps is provided with a top surface and a bottom surface, an auxiliary closing groove is formed in the bottom surface, the auxiliary closing groove extends from the upper end of the sealing flap to the lower end of the sealing flap, the auxiliary closing groove is positioned in the middle of the sealing flap, and the auxiliary closing groove is a V-shaped groove. For the sealing sleeve, the auxiliary closing groove is formed in the bottom surface of the sealing flap, so that the closing of the sealing flap after a puncture mandrel, an anastomat or other surgical instruments are pulled out is facilitated; in addition, for the sealing sleeve, an isolating groove is formed in the lower surface of the mounting convex edge, and therefore, the problem that the mounting convex edge limits the free closing of the sealing flap is solved.
