The invention provides a groove rail damage static sample block. The groove rail damage static sample block comprises a rail head, a rail groove, a rail lip, a rail waist and a rail bottom. The rail head is provided with a first horizontal hole, a second horizontal hole, a sixth horizontal hole and an inclined hole. A third horizontal hole is arranged below the rail groove. A fourth horizontal hole is arranged at the joint between the rail waist and the rail bottom. The second horizontal hole and the fourth horizontal hole are both through holes. The rail waist is provided with a group of transverse holes. Multiple fifth transverse holes in the group of transverse holes are arranged equidistantly in the length direction and the height direction. A groove is arranged in the middle of the bottom surface of the rail bottom and the cross section of the groove is semicircular. The groove rail damage static sample block is provided with multiple detection holes respectively located at the rail head, the rail lip, the rail waist and the rail bottom according to multiple damage zones produced by actual use of the groove rail and provides damage detection standards of the multiple damage zones.
