The invention discloses a paper mulberry transplanting method. Paper mulberry root filament balls, peat soil and an organic fertilizer are utilized, and the roots of the paper mulberry trees older than four years are manufactured into the filament balls by using a drawing machine, wherein the water content of the filament balls is 10%, the filament balls are arranged on the bottom of a hole prepared for paper mulberry sapling transplanting, the thickness of the paper mulberry root filament balls on the bottom is a quarter of the height in the hole; the peat soil is arranged on the paper mulberry root filament balls in the hole, then a paper mulberry sapling is placed through transplanting, the organic base fertilizer is sufficiently applied so that the paper mulberry roots can be kept to stretch into the paper mulberry root filament balls for water repellent and fertilizer maintenance, and the organic fertilizer is efficiently absorbed. By means of the method, the paper mulberry transplanting rejuvenation period can be shortened, the survival rate is improved, the fertilizer efficiency is improved, the poison damage to the root system is removed, and the strong development of the root system is promoted.
