The invention discloses an LED lamp control system for night lighting of a computer. The LED lamp control system comprises a power module, a trigger circuit, a control circuit, a switch circuit, an LED lamp module and a light sensitive component, wherein the power module is used for supplying power to the control circuit, the switch circuit and the LED lamp module, and the trigger circuit is used for acquiring a trigger signal and transmitting the trigger signal to a control signal. The LED lamp control system for night lighting of the computer employs a USB interface and a light- control component which are connected with the computer as a control switch, a table lamp is automatically turned on when the computer is started and light brightness of an environment is relatively low, a keyboard, a display and a surrounding environment are illuminated, a user is prevented from using the computer in the dark to affect an eye, and the purpose of eye protection is achieved; and moreover, an LED lamp cannot be turned on in the condition of enough illumination at daytime, and thus, the LED light control system has the advantages of eyesight protection and power saving, and is convenient to use.
