The invention provides a control method and system of a distributed photovoltaic power generation-containing power distribution network. The control method comprises the steps of sequencing distributed photovoltaic power generation voltages accessed to a distributed photovoltaic power generation access node according to a node voltage crossing state of the power distribution network, calculating reactive power increment of distributed photovoltaic power generation accessed to a node which is arranged at an initial place, judging whether the reactive power increment is within an adjustment range or not, and taking the reactive power increment as a control instruction output from the distributed photovoltaic power generation if the reactive power increment is within the adjustment range; and calculating active power increment of the distributed photovoltaic power generation accessed to the node which is arranged at the initial place if all reactive power increments are not within the adjustment range, and taking the active power increment as the control instruction output from the distributed photovoltaic power generation. With the control method provided by the technical scheme of the invention, the utilization of the reactive power adjustment capability of the distributed photovoltaic power generation is improved, and the node voltage of the power distribution network can be rapidly controlled.
