The invention provides a forced power oscillation check and optimization test method of a power generator set. The forced power oscillation check and optimization test method is characterized by comprising the following steps of S1, checking various reasons of probably causing power oscillation, and finally and initially determining a main reason of causing power oscillation; S2, respectively and sequentially developing quantitative analysis on the reasons on the basis of qualitative analysis by setting check flow, and determining oscillation participant factors of various reasons; and S3, respectively developing optimization on various oscillation reasons, and further eliminating an oscillation source by combining site experiment and simulation analysis. By the forced power oscillation check and optimization test method, the purpose of oscillation reproduction is achieved, the purpose of optimizing a speed regulation system control logic of the generator set is also achieved, and the probability that forced power oscillation is subsequently generated in the generator set is reduced to the greatest extent.
