The composition of the alloy is CuxZryAgzZn5, wherein the percent of element atoms of Cu to Zr to Ag to Zn in the alloy is x to y to z to 5, wherein x is larger than or equal to 35 and smaller than or equal to 45, y is larger than or equal to 30 and smaller than or equal to 40, z is larger than or equal to 10 and smaller than or equal to 30, and the sum of x, y and z is 95. The alloy is a bar with the diameter phi ranging from 0.9 mm to 2.9 mm, an amorphous core is arranged in the alloy, the outer layer of the alloy is a multi-hole layer with the thickness ranging from 80 microns to 150 microns, the multi-hole layer has the micron hole structure and the nano hole structure at the same time, the aperture size of nano holes ranges from 20 nm to 150 nm, and the aperture size of triangular micron holes ranges from 2 microns to 5 microns. The inner amorphous core is still reserved in the obtained copper-silver-zinc alloy with the micron-nano hole structures, the outer layer is the multi-hole layer with a certain thickness, and due to supporting of the inner amorphous core, a prepared antibacterial agent also has good mechanical performance.
