The invention belongs to the field of wastewater treatment and discloses a method for treating high-salinity oilfield wastewater for oilfield distribution and reinjection. The method has the advantages that ions of calcium, magnesium and the like in the wastewater are enabled to form precipitation of calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate and the like through CO2 aeration to reduce salinity of the wastewater, cost is greatly lowered as compared with addition of a flocculating agent or a coagulant aid, gas is made to fully contact with the wastewater through CO2 aeration, and flocculating effect is improved; through O3 aeration, a bactericidal effect is achieved, high-reducing ions of Fe<2+> and the like can be oxidized; after the oilfield wastewater is treated, polymers are added and injected to the well, the high-salinity wastewater can be reclaimed, cost is saved, and environment is protected.
