The invention provides an oil gas extracting method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) judging well yield; 2) plugging an original production tube column of the well when the yield reduces to a preset value; 3) putting an oil pipe with a diameter less than that of the original production tube column into the original production tube column; and 4) enabling the bottom of the well to be communicated with the oil pipe and used as the production tube column, thereby spraying the oil gas through the production tube column. According to the method, the oil pipe with smaller diameter is inserted into the original production tube column, so as to form a new production tube column, keep the gas-liquid flow rate higher than the critical liquid carrying flow rate and guarantee the self-spraying production of the oil gas well. Besides, before the oil pipe is inserted, the original production tube column is plugged, the wellhead pressure is reduced to normal pressure, the oil pipe with smaller diameter can realize the insertion without pressure and the operation is safe and smooth.
