The invention provides a technology of removing a scratch mark of cotton cloth by utilizing acid cellulase, and belongs to the technical field of dyeing and finishing. The technology comprises the following steps: performing roughing: performing light roughing treatment on the cotton cloth with the scratch mark by a roughing machine; performing singeing: performing singeing treatment on the roughed cotton cloth by a gas singeing machine; performing mercerizing: performing mercerizing treatment on the singed cotton cloth; performing acid cellulase treatment: putting the mercerized cotton cloth into a solution added with a non-ionic penetrating agent, acetic acid and the acid cellulase; and performing alkaline washing, hot water washing and drying. According to the technology of removing the scratch mark of the cotton cloth, the light roughing treatment is performed on the cotton cloth with the scratch mark by a carbon roller to allow the scratch mark of a scratched cloth cover to have villi after the roughing, then the villi at the scratch mark are removed by the singeing and the mercerizing, and finally microvilli remained on the cloth cover after the singeing and the mercerizing are removed by utilizing the cellulase having hydrolysis and polishing effects on a cotton fiber, so that a purpose of eliminating the scratch mark is achieved.
