The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-strength waterproof urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing nano bacterial cellulose with an aluminum nitrate solution so that aluminum ions are adsorbed to the bacterial cellulose; washing, drying and grinding to obtain the aluminum ion-loading bacterial cellulose; then adding the aluminum ion-loading bacterial cellulose, formaldehyde and the first batch of urea all together into a reaction container to react; and adding an oxidized corn starch emulsion and the second batch of urea all together into the reaction container to react to finally obtain the urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive. The urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has excellent water resistance, high strength and high practicality.
