The invention proposes an image processing method/system, a computer readable storage medium and an electronic device, wherein the image processing method comprises: obtaining the mark points on a first image and a second image wherein the mark points on the first image correspond to those on the second image one by one; based on the selected mark points, calculating the registration matrix for converting the first image into the second image; through the registration matrix, converting the first image to obtain a registered first image; performing interpolation to the registered first image; and selecting the pixel points from the first image after interpolation and the second image that meet the preset fusing condition to develop an image fusing the first image and the second image. With the invention, the accuracy for registration can be ensured, and on the condition that the obtained information is valid information, the rapid fusion of the CT image and the MRI image can be realized.
