The invention discloses an antitheft locating pin structure which comprises a pin plate and a pin nose. A pin rod is arranged on the pin plate. Buffer holes are formed in the upper wall and the lower wall of the pin nose. An abutting column is arranged in each buffer hole. A spring is fixed between each abutting column and the bottom wall of the corresponding buffer hole. A self-locking cavity with an opening in the side face is formed in the pin plate. An L-shaped self-locking block is arranged in the self-locking cavity. The corner of the L-shaped self-locking block is connected in the self-locking cavity through a rotary shaft. A reset spring is fixed between one end of the L-shaped self-locking block and the bottom wall of the self-locking cavity. Under the action of the reset spring, one end of the L-shaped self-locking block stretches out of the pin plate and is located on a moving rail of the pin rod. The antitheft locating pin structure is reasonable in structural arrangement; when the pin rod is inserted into the pin nose, the L-shaped self-locking block can achieve self locking of the pin plate and the pin nose, and therefore dual protection can be achieved; the use safety is greatly improved; the use stability is good; and adaptability is high.
