本发明涉及一种新型环保胶水及其制备方法，属于胶黏剂材料领域；所述环保胶水包括如下重量配比的组分：VAE乳液30-50份、动物胶20-30份、植物胶20-30、羧甲基纤维素5-10份、滑石粉1-5份、纳米二氧化硅1-5份、碳酸钙2-4份、去离子水5-15份、乙醇5-15份；本发明所述环保胶水在保证强粘接力的同时具有无VOC排放、不含重金属离子、气味低的优点，生产工艺简单、成本低廉，具有广泛的市场应用前景。

The invention relates to novel environment friendly glue and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the field of adhesive materials. The environment friendly glue includes, by weight, 30-50 parts of VAE emulsion, 20-30 parts of animal glue, 20-30 parts of plant glue, 5-10 parts of carboxymethylcellulose, 1-5 parts of talcum powder, 1-5 parts of nano SiO2, 2-4 parts of calcium carbonate, 5-15 parts of deionized water and 5-15 parts of ethanol. The environment friendly glue ensures strong adhesion force, is free of VOC emission, is free of heavy metal ions, and has low odor. The preparation method is simple in process and low in cost and has promising market application prospect.
