The invention discloses an aryl oxazinezimidazole thione compound, and particularly relates to 5H-benzo(d)imidazo(5, 1-b)(1, 3)oxazine-1(2H)-thione compound. The aryl oxazinezimidazole thione compound is synthesized by reaction of o-aminoaryl methanol, 2,2-dyhydroxyl-1-aryl ketone and potassium thiocyanate under the acid condition. The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages that the reaction condition is moderate, the operation is simple, the aging is fast, no metal catalyst is needed, the materials are easy to obtain, multiple substituted groups can be introduced simultaneously, products are easy to separate and the like, the reaction yield is high, the separating yield of most products is more than 80%, and the application range is wide.
