本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域。本发明公开了一种用于制备高韧性耐火材料的粉体,主要含有以下重量份的原料:氧化铝110份,氧化镁35~45份,增韧剂3~5份,粘结剂1.5~3份。本发明中原料配比合理,既能实现具有较高的耐火性能,同时也能适当的降低成本;本发明中用于制备耐火材料的粉体能够制得制备而得的耐火材料具有较高的断裂韧性,具有更好的抗机械冲击的性能。

The invention relates to the technical field of a refractory material. The invention discloses powder for preparing a high-toughness refractory material. The powder is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 110 parts of aluminum oxide, 35 to 45 parts of magnesium oxide, 3 to 5 parts of toughening agent, and 1.5 to 3 parts of binder. The powder is reasonable in raw material proportion, not only higher in refractory performance, but also capable of appropriately reducing the cost; and the refractory material prepared from the powder for preparing the refractory material of the invention has higher fracture toughness and better mechanical shock resistance.
