The invention provides a charging device of equipment and a charging arch of the equipment. The charging device comprises a controller, a hydraulic station and a charging mechanism. The hydraulic station comprises a servo valve controller, a servo valve, an oil supply device and a hydraulic cylinder. The controller is electrically connected with the servo valve controller and the oil supply device, which is used for generating a descending control instruction and a starting instruction according to a descending signal. The servo valve controller is used for outputting flow and pressure of the servo valve according to the descending signal. The hydraulic cylinder is also in driving connection with the charging mechanism, which is used for contraction or extension under the pressure of hydraulic oil and driving the charging mechanism to descend and ascend. The charging mechanism is used for charging to-be-charged equipment. The charging device of equipment and the charging arch of the equipment have the following beneficial effects: according to the descending signal trigged by a user, the hydraulic station is controlled to automatically drive the charging mechanism to descend, which is used for charging the to-be-charged equipment; complicated operation by manual labor is saved; operation is performed easily; and good convenience is obtained.
