本发明公开了一种提升羊肉风味的饲料添加剂及其添加方法，涉及饲料加工技术领域。本发明的饲料添加剂包括以下质量百分比的成分：小茴香55％-65％，孜然15％-25％，花椒10％-20％，桂皮3％-7％。本发明的添加剂加入羔羊饲料中可提高羔羊健康水平和羊肉独特的风味。

The invention discloses a feed additive capable of improving the mutton flavor and an addition method of the feed additive and relates to the technical field of feed processing. The feed additive is prepared from components in percentage by mass as follows: 55%-65% of fennel, 15%-25% of cumin, 10%-20% of Sichuan pepper and 3%-7% of cinnamon. The additive can improve the health level of lambs and the unique mutton flavor after being added to lamb feed.
