The invention discloses a high speed railway adjacent line plane designing method based on an 'intersection point method'. The high speed railway adjacent line plane designing method comprises the following steps that a known railway line is confirmed, including coordinates of intersection points on the line and corresponding curve lengths, curve tangent lengths, circular curve radiuses and spiral curve lengths, and straight-spiral points and azimuth angles of the straight-spiral point on the line can be obtained according to intersection point information of curves; adjacent lines of the known railway line are confirmed, and the distances between the known line and the adjacent lines are constants; the azimuth angles of connecting lines of the adjacent lines and corresponding intersection points of the known line are solved; the intersection point coordinates of the adjacent lines are calculated; according to data of the intersection points in the adjacent lines and constitutional features of the lines, main point information of the adjacent lines is calculated. The high speed railway adjacent line plane designing method is not influence by the length of the railway line and the curve number, adjacent line plane designing can be rapidly achieved, and the method is suitable for plane design of double-line and multiple-line railways, has the advantages of being good in universality, efficient and the like and thus has good economic and social benefits.
