The present invention relates to a centrifuge data acquisition system. Collected data is from a sensor connected to a measurement specimen. The acquisition system comprises a conditioning chassis, an acquisition chassis, an instrument cabin switch and an instrument cabin uninterruptible power supply arranged in a centrifuge rotation center instrument cabin, signal slip rings and power slip rings arranged in a centrifuge spindle, and a machine room switch, a host machine and a machine room uninterruptible power supply arranged in a machine room. The original analog signal of the sensor goes into the conditioning chassis and then goes into the acquisition chassis so as to convert the original analog signal into a digital signal, the digital signal enters into the instrument cabin switch and passes through the signal slip rings, then the signal is transmitted to the machine room switch and finally is transmitted to the host machine, and the data acquisition is realized. The acquisition system of the invention has the advantages of a reliable power supply, a small number of signal slip rings and strong anti-interference ability of data acquisition.
