The invention discloses a local frictional drag reduction pile foundation structure and a construction method of the local frictional drag reduction pile and relates to the technical field of engineering building under an inclined fault geological condition. The pile foundation structure comprises pile casings, pile foundations and reinforced concrete guard walls. The reinforced concrete guard walls are poured into the hole walls of pile holes. The pile casings are located in the reinforced concrete guard walls. The pile casings coincide with the reinforced concrete guard walls in axis. The lower ends of the pile casings penetrate a fault zone. The hole diameters of the upper portions of the pile holes are larger than those of the lower portions of the pile holes. The lower ends of the pile casings are located in the boundary positions of the hole diameters of the pile holes. A gap exists between each pile casing and the corresponding reinforced concrete guard wall on the outer side of the pile casing. The gaps between the pile casings and the reinforced concrete guard walls are filled with medium-coarse sand. The pile foundations are sequentially poured into the portions, in the reinforced concrete guard walls and the pile casings, of the lower portions of the pile holes. By the adoption of the local frictional drag reduction pile foundation structure and the construction method, the frictional drag force from the pile peripheries of the pile foundations is prevented from being transmitted to sliding bodies, and the load borne by the sliding bodies is lowered, so that the anti-sliding safety and stability of a side slope are improved.
