The invention relates to a novel building sheet material. The novel building sheet material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 16-26 parts of magnesium titanate, 7-11 parts of calcium titanate, 6-12 parts of polystyrene, 15-21 parts of butyl propionate, 15-19 parts of quartz sands, 8-16 parts of acrylonitrile, 16-22 parts of urea-formaldehyde resin, 5-9 parts of aluminium potassium sulfate, 6-12 parts of polyethylene, and 7-9 parts of bisphenol A-type epoxy resin. The novel building sheet material has the advantages that certain of enhanced components can be added in a formula, so that the building sheet material has good compressive strength and flexural strength, the compressive strength can reach more than 14 MPa, the flexural strength can reach more than 14 MPa, the compressive strength and the flexural strength of the conventional building sheet materials are increased, so that the problem of low intensity of the conventional building sheet materials can be solved; in addition, the formula combines a specific high-molecular resin material and a specific mineral matter, so that the intensity for resisting acid and alkaline corrosion can be effectively increased.
