本发明涉及新型肟酯衍生物化合物、包含其的光聚合引发剂及光致抗蚀剂组合物，详细而言，根据本发明的肟酯衍生物化合物由于敏感度、耐热性、耐光性、耐化学性和耐显影性优异，因此即使以少量使用也能够提供对TFT‑LCD制造工序中的曝光和后烘工序等有效的光聚合引发剂和光致抗蚀剂组合物。

The present invention relates to a novel oximester derivative compound, and a photopolymerization initiator and photoresist composition containing the same. Specifically, the oximester derivative compound according to the present invention has excellent sensitivity, heat resistance, light resistance, chemical resistance, and development resistance, and thus the use of even a small amount of the oximester derivative compound can provide a photopolymerization initiator and a photoresist composition, which are effective in the exposure and post-baking processes during the manufacturing process of TFT-LCD.
