The invention provides an application of exosomes-loaded miR-93-5p in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, and belongs to the technical field of biomedicines. G-exosomes for over-expressing or blocking out miR-93-5p are prepared, and in-vitro experiments prove that the G-exosomes for over-expressing the miR-93-5p obviously inhibits the differentiation of Th17 cells; a result of the researches of the effect of the G-exosomes for over-expressing or blocking out the miR-93-5p on the disease attack of CIA model mice shows that the G-exosomes for over-expressing the miR-93-5p have a strong protection effect on the CIA mice; and the G-exosomes for blocking out the miR-93-5p have no CIA mouse protection effect. Above results show that the G-exosomes for over-expressing the miR-93-5p can be used for treating the rheumatoid arthritis.
