The ceramic body is provided with a first side surface, a second side surface, a third side surface and a fourth side surface. The first side surface and the third side surface are oppositely arranged. The fourth side surface and the second side surface are oppositely arranged. The first external electrode is arranged on at least one of the first side surface, the second side surface, the third side surface and the fourth side surface. The second external electrode is arranged on at least one of the first side surface, the second side surface, the third side surface and the fourth side surface. The orthographic projection of the first external electrode and the orthographic projection of the second external electrode are not overlapped on the plane of any one of the first external electrode and the second external electrode. The external electrodes of the above ceramic capacitor have little influence on the electric capacity.
