The invention discloses a passive data acquisition terminal, a light controller and a system. The terminal comprises a sensor, a processing circuit, a first micro controller, a light energy converter, a first light data receiver and a first light data transmitter, wherein the output end of the sensor is connected with the input end of the processing circuit; the output end of the processing circuit is connected with the first micro controller; the light energy converter is connected with a power supply end of the first micro controller; the first light data receiver is connected with the first micro controller; and the first light data transmitter is connected with the first micro controller. The terminal utilizes a light singal to realize communication with an upper computer, and obtains electric energy for terminal operation; and an insulating problem generated as a result of long-time influences of dust environment is avoided, and reliability is high.
