The invention discloses micro-foam composition for an automotive door seal strip. The micro-foam composition comprises a component A and a component B in a weight ratio being 100:(24-28), wherein the component A comprises the raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 40-60 parts of polyether polyol, 60-40 parts of polymer polyol, 4-6 parts of hard-foam polyether polyol, 1.8-2.2 parts of open-cell silicone oil, 1.2-1.4 parts of triethylenediamine, 0.25-0.35 parts of an organotin catalyst, 1.5-1.7 parts of water and 0.4-0.6 parts of color paste, and the sum of polyether polyol and polymer polyol is 100 parts; the component B is prepared from toluene diisocyanate and polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate by mixing, toluene diisocyanate accounts for 20%-80% by weight of the component B, and polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate accounts for 80%-20% by weight of the component B. The invention further discloses a micro-foaming process for the automotive door seal strip.
