The invention relates to a thermistor for a piezoelectric device and a piezoelectric device including the same. The piezoelectric element includes a body which has a laminated structure that first thermistor layers and second thermistor layers are alternately laminated; a first electrode and a second electrode which are configured on the first thermistor layer and are respectively connected with a first conducting channel and a second conducting channel that penetrate through the second thermistor layer; and a third electrode which is configured on the second thermistor layer and has an area that is overlapped with the first electrode and the second electrode in a laminating direction.
