The invention discloses a butadiene styrene rubber microcellular foaming material and its preparation method. The butadiene styrene rubber microcellular foaming material is prepared from, 100 parts of butadiene styrene rubber, 0-100 parts of filler, 0-20 parts of plasticizer, 5-15 parts of active agent, 0.5-5 parts of vulcanizing agent, 0-5 parts of vulkacit, and 1-5 parts of anti-aging agent; a preparation method is provided by the formula. The butadiene styrene rubber foaming material prepared by the microcellular foaming method has better mechanical property, compressive strength, and rebound resilience; moreover, the product is stable in quality and controllable in foaming hole; the foaming material is toxic-free and environmental-friendly regardless of the preparation process or the finished product; besides, the butadiene styrene rubber microcellular foaming material is also free from chemical foaming agent residue.
