The calligraphy and painting exercising device comprises a housing, a writing medium, and a supporting device. The supporting device comprises a supporting mechanism, which is provided with a writing supporting surface on the upper side; a first drum and a second drum, which are rotatably disposed on the two sides of the supporting mechanism. The supporting device is disposed in the housing, and the writing medium is disposed on the outer side of the supporting device in a wrapped manner, and is tightened by the first drum and the second drum. The upper side of the housing is provided with a writing window used for exposing the writing medium, which is driven by the first drum or the second drum. The side of the writing medium along a length direction is provided with dictionary areas.
