The invention belongs to the vibration test technology field and especially relates to a non-contact eddy current sensor structure modal test method. The invention aims at providing a method used for really and accurately testing an inherent frequency and system damping of a turbine eddy current sensor structure so as to solve problems of structure resonance and system damping reduction caused by installation of an eddy current sensor. By using the method of the invention, each direction of the inherent frequency of the eddy current sensor structure can be really and comprehensively tested, and inherent vibration characteristics of the eddy current sensor under an actual installation state and work operation can be effectively restored. The method can be simply operated, used time is short and good performability is possessed. In the method, through setting parameters of a vibration test direction, a concern frequency range and the like, a test result is stable and accuracy is high; and a high resonance fault diagnosis value is possessed.
