The invention discloses a hoisting device for a transformer. The hoisting device comprises a cross beam with a U-shaped cross section, a left hand chain hoist arranged at the upper part of the left side of the cross beam, a right hand chain hoist arranged at the upper part of the right side of the cross beam, a manual lifting mechanism arranged at the bottom of the left side of the cross beam, a holding mechanism arranged on the two sides of the right end of the cross beam and a hoisting mechanism arranged on the cross beam, wherein the manual lifting mechanism comprises a manual extension rod in ball head connection with the bottom of the left side of the cross beam, a hydraulic jack arranged at the bottom of the manual extension rod and a force component plate arranged at the bottom of the hydraulic jack; a manual hydraulic pump is arranged on the force component plate; and the manual hydraulic pump is connected with the hydraulic jack through a hydraulic pipe. According to the hoisting device for the transformer, the consumption of electric energy and fuel oil is avoided, the hoisting work of the transformer can be completed only by manual operation, both the transportation and carrying are convenient, and the hoisting cost of the transformer is effectively reduced.
