The invention belongs to the field of fluorescence composite nanoparticles and relates to a preparation method of conjugated oligomer and silicon dioxide fluorescence composite nanoparticles with superhigh fluorescence quantum yield. The fluorescence composite nanoparticles are prepared by means of an inverse emulsion process, to be specific, subjecting a conjugated oligomer to silane modification, mixing with a silane reagent, adding to an inverse emulsion system, using an acid or base as a catalyst, allowing reacting, and centrifugally washing to obtain the fluorescence composite nanoparticles. The fluorescence composite nanoparticles prepared herein enable the defects of existing fluorescence nanoparticles, such as low quantum yield, to be overcome, have superhigh fluorescence quantum yield, excellent stability and good biocompatibility, and have a promising application prospect in cell imaging, fingerprint developing, fluorescence tracing, sensing detection, biomedicine and other fields.
