The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of wooden plank adhesives and particularly relates to boiling-resistant hot-press E0-level panel glue and a preparation method thereof. According to the panel glue, the problems that an existing wooden plank adhesive is overhigh in formaldehyde release amount and not environment-friendly or is poor in bonding capacity and water tolerance. The boiling-resistant hot-press E0-level panel glue contains the following components in percentage by weight: 25%-30% of melamino-formaldehyde resin glue or phenol-formaldehyde resin glue and 70%-75% of a compound modifier, wherein the compound modifier contains the following components in percentage by weight: 80.3%-87.4% of water, 5%-6% of polyvinyl alcohol, 1.5%-3% of urea, 1%-1.5% of cellulose, 3%-6% of silica sol, 0.1%-0.3% of sodium hydroxide, 1.8%-2.5% of urotropin and 0.2%-0.4% of magnesium chloride. The invention further provides the preparation method of the boiling-resistant hot-press E0-level panel glue. The hot-press panel glue is good in glueyness, can resist high-temperature boiling and can meet the environment-friendly E0-level standard requirements; and the preparation method is simple and low in cost, the raw materials are easily available, and a new choice is provided for the environment-friendly hot-press glue.
