The invention discloses a combined paper diaper and a paper diaper tightness adjusting method. The combined paper diaper comprises a fixing strip (6) and a paper diaper body (5), wherein the paper diaper body can be connected with the fixing strip through a connecting part to form a paper diaper main body; lap joint components are arranged at two ends of the fixing strip, and two ends of the fixing strip are in lap joint through the lap joint components, so that the fixing strip is formed as an annular part; and at least one section of the fixing strip is an elastic ribbon (2). After the fixing strip is formed as the annular part, at least two opposite connection areas are formed on the annular part to connect two ends of the paper diaper body; and the connecting part for connecting the paper diaper body with the fixing strip is a magic tape. The combined paper diaper is simple and smart in structure, easy to implement and convenient to adjust.
