The invention discloses a sleep assisting device which comprises an eye patch, earmuffs, a neck pillow and a back cushion, wherein the eye patch is arranged as a soft patch which is suitable of covering human eyes; the earmuffs are arranged as two soft earmuffs which are suitable for covering human ears; one side of each of the two earmuffs is connected with the two sides of the eye patch through connecting belts; fastening belts for fixing and fastening the two earmuffs are arranged on the other sides of the two earmuffs; the neck pillow is arranged under the eye patch and the earmuffs; the neck pillow is arranged as a U-shaped pillow with two pillow legs and an opening formed between one end of one pillow leg and one end of the other pillow leg; the back cushion is fixedly jointed on a cloth cover of a connecting cloth; the upper and lower lateral edges of the connecting cloth are respectively connected with the fastening belt arranging side of the earmuffs and the non-opening side of the neck pillow. The sleep assisting device integrates the tools, such as the eye patch, the earmuffs, the neck pillow and the back cushion, is portable, is convenient in use and has sleep assisting functions, such as light shielding, sound insulation and cervical vertebra protection.
