The invention relates to a clamp for a fatigue test suitable for a copper-aluminum transition wire clamp. The clamp is used for fatigue test of a copper-aluminum transition clamp including a left side copper splint and a right side threading column, the clamp includes two upper fastening sliding blocks mounted in an upper outer clamp for a fatigue testing machine and two lower fastening sliding blocks mounted in a lower outer clamp for the fatigue testing machine, a plurality of upper bolt holes are manufactured in an outer side inclined planes of the upper and lower fastening sliding blocks, upper and lower fastening bolts are screwed in the upper and lower bolt holes, the upper and lower fastening bolts fix the upper and lower fastening sliding blocks and the upper and lower outer clamps, and semicircular trenches used for tightening the threading column is manufactured in opposite vertical surfaces of the lower fastening sliding block. The clamp provided by the invention is suitable for a fatigue test of a copper-aluminum transition wire clamp, facilitates service performance evaluation, life assessment and material scheme formulation of power grid equipment, and is of great significance to reliable operation and accident prevention of a power grid line.
