本发明属于电力安全标识技术领域，公开了一种新型电力标牌支架，其由如下原料制备而得：过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、硬脂酸镁、丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯、滑石粉、腐植酸钠、磷酸三苯酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、纳米碳化硅、海泡石、石墨纤维、水镁石、氮化铝、石英砂、聚碳酸酯、酚醛树脂、三元乙丙橡胶。本发明支架力学性能好、不易变形、耐腐蚀、阻燃性能好，并克服了用作支架的传统合金材料的易锈蚀、易产生涡流等缺点。

The invention belongs to the technical field of electrical safety signs and discloses a novel electrical sign support, prepared from tert-butyl peroxybenzoate, magnesium stearate, dimethylamino-ethyl methylacrylate, talcum powder, sodium humate, triphenyl phosphate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, nano silicon carbide, sepiolite, graphite fiber, brucite, aluminum nitride, quartz sand, polycarbonate, phenolic resin, and ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber. The novel electrical sign support has good mechanical properties, is resistant to deformation and corrosion, has good flame retardancy, and overcomes the defects of traditional alloy material as a support, such as rusting proneness, and vortex proneness.
