The invention relates to a paperboard counting and stacking device. The device comprises a sucking and feeding device and a stacking and discharge device; the sucking and feeding device comprises a first bracket; the first bracket is provided with a lifting table, a base, upper and lower rolling pieces, a first driving piece for controlling the lifting table to ascend and descend, and a sucking mechanism for sucking paperboards; the upper and lower rolling pieces are rotationally arranged on the first bracket; the stacking and discharge device comprises a second bracket, separation plates, receiving brackets, push plates and a lifting plate; baffle plates capable of sliding front and back are arranged on the front and back sides of the second bracket; the receiving brackets are separately arranged on the front and back sides of the second bracket; the separation plates are arranged on the baffle plates, and are arranged above receiving support plates (namely, the receiving brackets); the push plates are arranged on the left and right sides of the second bracket; and conveying belts are arranged below the push plates. The device can count and stack the paperboards during sucking and conveying to improve the production efficiency.
