The invention provides a high-viscosity multi-component sealant mixing and filling integrated tool and method. For the problems existing in the mixing process of a sealant with the high viscosity, multiple components and the great component ratio, the solution is provided, the tool comprises a vacuum double-reverse three-speed rotary cylinder mixer, a split type glue cylinder and a gluing gun capable of advancing and retreating automatically. The scheme is suitable for mixing of various sealing materials, high-viscosity putty and various printing ink and binders and suitable for materials with the wide viscosity range. The clearance accuracy of stirring blades and a container is high, the dead-corner-free mixing characteristic is achieved, vacuumizing is performed in the mixing process, and no bubble is generated; the temperature is controllable; and no pressing device is needed, the split type glue cylinder can be used as a mixing cylinder and a gluing cylinder, the filling quality is improved, and the filling efficiency is improved.
