The invention discloses an automatic project generation method for a distribution network planning project base. At present, generation of a distribution network planning project is realized manually and no automatic generation method or technique is provided. The method comprises: with combination of a simple attribute screening method and a fire fly algorithm, a regional distribution network planning project base is generated automatically; and sorting is carried out to obtain an optimal building sequence. On the basis of characteristics of distribution network planning differentiation, problems of automatic generation and sorting of the distribution network planning project base are solved by using the novel method from the perspective of internal and external factors affecting the distribution network; and a dynamic intelligent evaluation index system and an analysis evaluation method for adaptive distribution network planning evaluation are established.
