The invention relates to a sedimentary mode construction method based on continental basin arid paleoclimate constraints and is especially suitable for multiple sedimentary facies types of symbiosis under continental basin arid climate change. According to the method, as continental basins environment conditions are relatively wet and arid under arid climate change, a sedimentary mode construction method under the paleoclimate constraint conditions is developed, correlation theories between climate and sedimentary facies of the sedimentary basins are supplemented, and favorable guidance can be further provided for a continental basin sedimentary filling pattern and sand body prediction. The method comprises steps that step 1, isometric sedimentary top and bottom interfaces under the paleoclimate constraints are determined; step 2, arid paleoclimate fluctuation is refined through utilizing eochemical data; step 3, taking lithological association as a bridge, relationships between paleoclimate and the sedimentary facies are established; and step 4, a sedimentary mode under the paleoclimate constraints is established.
