The invention relates to environmentally-friendly daily necessity package paper and a preparation method thereof. The environmentally-friendly daily necessity package paper is characterized by comprising the following components, in percentage by weight, 25-80% of waste paper pulp, 10-70% of gypsum and 5-25% of polylactic acid. The method comprises the processing steps of (1), compounding of all the mentioned components in proportion and mixing and stirring for 15-25 minutes, so that the liquid or sticky pulp is prepared; (2), die fabrication, specifically, the gypsum, silica gel or steel are served as materials of the die, and the die is designed and fabricated according to product modeling; (3), fabrication and forming; (4), demolding, specifically, demolding can be performed 20-35 minutes later; (5), natural solidification or drying and shaping of a blank body obtained after demolding is performed; (6), blank body finishing, specifically, redundant die lines and impurities are removed; (7), printing of required patterns on the blank body; (8) finished product inspection, package and warehouse entering. By means of the environmentally-friendly daily necessity package paper and the preparation method thereof, energy can be saved, consumption can be lowered, the production cost is lowered, and environmental protection and resource regeneration and utilization are facilitated; and meanwhile, valuable resources can also be saved.
