The invention discloses a shield cutter faceplate scouring system which comprises a water supply pipeline arranged in a shield and a knife barrel detachably mounted on a cutter faceplate. The knife barrel comprises a knife barrel body, a knife barrel rear seat and a knife barrel faceplate which surround to form a water injection cavity, a knife is arranged on the knife barrel faceplate, a water injection port is arranged on the knife barrel rear seat, a flushing port is arranged on the knife barrel faceplate, and a water injection pipe is connected on the water injection port and communicated to the water supply pipeline. The shield cutter faceplate scouring system can continuously and effectively act, and advancing conditions of a shield tunneling machine are improved by ejecting muddy water after being pressurized from the flushing port; the shield cutter faceplate scouring system can be conveniently extracted for cleaning and can be handled properly in time even if being blocked, so that construction efficiency is improved.
