The invention relates to a porous zeolite catalyst carrier, a preparation method of the catalyst carrier, and a catalyst. The catalyst carrier is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40-100 parts of Al2O3 powder, 8-20 parts of SiO2 powder, 5-10 parts of La(NO3)3, 10-20 parts of carbon fiber, 2-5 parts of dispersant and 10-20 parts of corn starch, wherein La(NO3)3 is loaded to the surface of a porous aluminosilicate molecular sieve for sintering production of the Al2O3 powder, the SiO2 powder, the corn starch, the dispersant and the carbon fiber to form an La2O3 modified porous aluminosilicate molecular sieve. The catalyst carrier, the preparation method and the catalyst have the following benefits that composition and a ratio of the porous zeolite catalyst carrier are optimized by experimental verification; the corn starch is added to the raw materials, namely the Al2O3 powder and the SiO2 powder for preparing the aluminosilicate molecular sieve as a pore forming agent by adopting a particle size grading principle, so that low-temperature sintering can be realized; and the carbon fiber is added, so that the strength and the toughness of the prepared aluminosilicate molecular sieve are greatly considered, and the service life of the aluminosilicate molecular sieve is prolonged.
