一种鹿茸胶原蛋白复合生物玻璃修复材料的制备方法，属于生物医药材料领域，包括：鹿茸胶原蛋白的制备、甲壳素溶液的制备、生物玻璃溶液的制备、静电纺丝制得修复材料。其中鹿茸胶原蛋白中含有促细胞生长因子和表皮生长因子，对修复机体和护养皮肤大有好处，甲壳素可以改善材料的机械性能、且具有抗菌性能，生物玻璃可以改善材料的医药性能。本发明制得的修复材料具有良好的机械性能、组织修复性能及药物附着性。
摘要（英）：
The invention discloses a preparation method of an antler collagen compounded bioglass repair material and belongs to the field of biomedical materials. The preparation method includes preparation of antler collagen, preparation of a chitin solution, preparation of a bioglass solution and electrostatic spinning to obtain the repair material. The antler collagen containing cell growth promoting factors and epidermal growth factors is good for repairing the body and nursing the skin, chitin can improve mechanical property of the material and has antibacterial property, and the bioglass can improve medicinal property of the material; the obtained repair material is good in mechanical property, tissue repairing property and drug adhesiveness.
