The invention discloses a cigarette equipment differential rotational maintenance method based on entropy weight TOPSIS (technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution) process; the method is characterized by comprising: collecting data of various types of cigarette devices, using the entropy weight TOPSIS process to establish a cigarette equipment integrated evaluation model based on the collected data, constructing a fault tree based on scores, by the model, of the devices to be evaluated, determining a corresponding fault level of each type of faults of each device, making corresponding rotational maintenance contents for the different cigarette devices in conjunction with the scores so as to arrive at differential management; the requirement on lean equipment management is met.
